7-Zip

Its interface is available in English and more than 60 other languages, which are included as standard and can be configured using Settings.

The 7-Zip installation process takes a few seconds and does not contain ads or offers to install adware. In some cases, you will need to restart your PC at the end of the installation.

7-Zip file archiver's basic commands are built into the Windows context menu and let you perform most operations with archives without having to run it. The interface of the program is very simple and conservative in design; some users may find it old-fashioned (especially the gray zipping and unzipping windows).

In "SevenZip", the bottom of the screen displays the contents of the selected folder. The files to be zipped or unzipped can be selected directly in this window. The program also supports the Drag'n'Drop feature.

• the context menu commands for working with archives are not clearly visible but hidden in a separate directory.
